Headquarters House (Engineering Supply Co. of Australia), Chandler House was famous for trading in electrical appliances, providing Brisbane city with a showroom of vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, and heating and cooking appliances.
Chandler House was survived by a hole for 16 years before being replaced by a 15-storey office tower.
