Foley Brothers passed away in 1986 on Roma Street. Born in 1864, Foley Brothers was known for the love of butter through being the leader of butter manufacturing. Foley brother invited rival butter Brisbane companies to their annual conferences to discuss the state of the butter industry.
Foley’s Brothers was survived by a hole for 18 years and replaced by 14- storey Brisbane Magistrate Court building and piazza.
