Of 144 Bowen Terrace, St. Magnus perished in 1980. St.Magnus was born circa 1886 to suit the taste and convenience of Julius Brabant Esq. The Forrest Family then adopted St.Magnus as their place of residence. St.Magnus was known for the knowledge of aboriginal history and Australian studies through the vast library that was consequently passed onto the John Oxley Library.
St. Magnus was an avid lover of the arts seen through the love of paintings and artefacts, and a fan of innovation through the love of new technologies.
St. Magnus leaves behind it a green patch of land.
